Shipping policy
Typically, we dispatch your order within 24h so you may expect a shipping Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, and you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email within that timeframe. Please note that during peak demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
All UK orders are dispatched from our UK based warehouse.
Shipping time is 2-3 business days on average.
Taxes, Duties and Customs

ANSWR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the order has been dispatched and the tracking number provided. ANSWR will not replace or refund an order if the package is missing. If the package shows delivered, but a package has not been collected, please contact your shipping carrier to conduct a lost package search or to take advantage of any available shipping insurance they may offer. Please note that we do not provide shipping insurance. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at ask@answrbeauty.com. We will do our best to amend the address before your order is dispatched. However, as orders are processed promptly, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been placed. Please note that once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be modified. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid any mistakes.
